What does your Smart Hands service actually cover?

Qualified field execution at a site your team cannot reach: visual and operational inspections, module swaps and equipment replacement, cable verification and remediation, RF and spectrum measurements, power cycling and controlled recovery, and alarm investigation with first-level fault isolation. Every dispatch runs in coordination with your NOC or engineering team and closes with photographic evidence and a written service report. The difference from generic remote hands is that the technician understands the RF chain being touched, so a visit produces measurements and findings rather than a photo of a blinking light.

Do you take full installations or only maintenance visits?

The whole lifecycle, and any bounded slice of it. A full project runs site assessment, design, installation, integration, commissioning and handover with as-built documentation, then preventive maintenance on a schedule. It is just as normal to be engaged for one visit: an antenna that needs its alignment verified, a module swap inside a maintenance window, or a degraded carrier that needs a spectrum analyzer at the site rather than another remote session.

Is a microwave link a real alternative to fiber?

For a defined path with line of sight, yes. A licensed point-to-point microwave link delivers carrier-grade symmetrical capacity with availability engineered into the link budget, and it goes live in weeks rather than a construction season, which is why it backhauls satellite gateways, connects buildings and data centers, and carries temporary operations. The honest comparison is per path: fiber wins on capacity ceiling where it already exists or trenching is cheap, and the radio wins on time to service, terrain and cost everywhere else. The decision input is a path analysis and a link budget, not a preference.
