The problem
The equipment is fine. Somebody installed it, it worked for a while, and now the video call drops at the same time every evening, or everything falls over for thirty seconds and comes back, or one room is unusable between four and six in the afternoon and perfect at ten at night. You have rebooted everything, changed a channel because a forum said to, and bought another access point that did not help. Nobody has been able to fix it because nobody has measured it.
Why it matters
WiFi interference is rarely a fault in your equipment. It is everything else in the building and on the street transmitting on the same frequencies, and none of it announces itself. Your equipment reports its own signal strength, which usually looks fine, and says nothing about how much noise it is shouting over. That second number is the one that decides whether a call holds. The culprits are a short list and they repeat: a neighbor parked on your channel with more power than you have, a baby monitor or a wireless camera that transmits continuously, a garage door opener, a cordless phone, an older smart home radio, a microwave that takes out the room for the ninety seconds it runs, and more often than anyone believes a poorly shielded subwoofer or power supply dumping noise across the band. Every source of WiFi interference leaves a distinct fingerprint in the air, and a WiFi interference test picks it out in minutes. Guessing cannot, because from the outside the symptoms are identical, which is why changing settings and buying more equipment is a coin toss. This is diagnosis, not installation: the network already exists and we are finding out what is wrong with it. If the real answer turns out to be that coverage was never designed properly in the first place, that is a different job and it is at WiFi & Coverage.

Is this the same as having WiFi installed?
No, and the difference matters for what you should book. Designing coverage and installing access points is at WiFi & Coverage. A WiFi interference test is for a network that already exists and misbehaves, where the question is where the trouble is coming from rather than where the boxes should go.
Can you fix it the same day?
Often, because a good share of the causes are free to correct once you know what they are. When the fix is hardware or cabling we price that separately and you decide, rather than finding it added to the bill.
What if it turns out the WiFi is not the problem?
Then we say so. Plenty of what gets blamed on WiFi interference is the internet line itself, an overloaded router, or one failing device flooding the network. Measuring is how you tell the difference, and it is much cheaper than replacing things until something works.
